Chapter two; fifteen years prior...
Nero Akita

My son and my daughter were born.
I was so proud.  A healthy baby boy and a tiny girl.  The only thing different about them was they were both missing an eye, mirroring each other.  They were alike in so many ways.  They both had their mother's face, and their hair was a beautiful shade of blond.  Their biggest difference in appearance was their eyes, Rin's being brown and Len's being blue.
When Rin cried, Len cried.  When Len laughed, Rin laughed.  When Rin was hungry, Len was hungry.  They did everything together.
As they grew, they only became closer.

"Nero, what's wrong," Neru asked.
"I don't like this," I said, looking out on our children's party.
"It's their fourth birthday, lighten up," Neru said, handing me a plate.  "Have a cookie."
"Len and Rin are too close," I told my wife.  "They are surrounded by other children, yet they only stay with each other."
"There is nothing wrong with being close to your siblings," Neru said, walking back to the children's table.  "I suggest that you keep that in mind before you ruin their lives."
I watched Rin take a slice of cake and shove it into Len mouth.
'They act like it's their wedding,' I thought.
I had a strong belief that insist was evil.  I hated all things evil, I had started my own organization that was meant to fight evil.  We used the swastika as our symbol.  Our job was to kill all evil, to destroy all symbols of evil.  I would lead my rising army to the ends of the earth if it meant to remove all evil in this world.
"Sir," a voice called from behind me.  A man with blue hair stood at attention behind me.
"Ah, Kaito," I smiled.  "I hoped I would see my eldest son here.  At ease."
Kaito relaxed.
"How are the little ones?"  He asked, walking beside me.
I sighed.
"They are as close as ever."
Kaito laughed a little.  "They sure are cute."
"Cute isn't the word that comes to mind," I said.
Kaito gave me a curious look.
"How long until it grows into something evil?" I asked.  "How long do we have to wait?  Until it's to late?  I can not allow such a thing."
Kaito grew worried.  "What do you mean, father?"
"They must be separated before their next birthday," I told him with out meeting his eyes.
"Sir!" Kaito shouted.  "That is absurd!  They're just twins!  It's normal for them to be close!"
"I am not saying forever," I told him.  "I want to sent Rin to a private school in Russia."
"But, Sir!"
"Learn your place!"  I yelled, calling all attention to myself.  "I did not ask for your opinion!  They tickets are already booked!"
With that I stomped over to Rin.
"Come here!"  I yelled, grabbing her arm.
"Daddy!  Let go of me!" She cried.  "Len, help me!"
Len ran for me, but I kicked him away.  Neru screamed and grabbed him.  She yelled at me to put Rin down, but I didn't even stop.  Kaito ran in front of me and told me to think about what I was doing.
I simply pushed him away.
I took Rin to the car and placed her in front seat.  She was crying loudly, but I simply tuned it out.  She cried for hours, but eventually she settled and fell asleep.
'Only a few more hours to the airport.'  I thought.
"Daddy,"  Rin's hoarse voice rung out.  "Where are we going?"
"I'm taking you to a nice school," I told her.
"Will Len be there?" She asked.
"You don't need Len," I told her sternly.  "You will study hard and forget about him."
Rin started to cry again.
"Stop that!!" I yelled.  "No more crying from this moment on!"
Rin was silent.
'I am sorry sweet heart,' I thought. 'I love you.  A lot.  That's why I am doing this.  For you, my baby.'
